Due to limited room availability, accommodation needs to be booked in advance. On-site registration does not guarantee room booking. Room fees must be paid in advance for room reservations. If you fail to check in after booking, you can cancel free of charge before 24:00 on October 22th, and the room fee will be refunded. No refund will be provided after the deadline. Please discuss the invoice type with the hotel front desk. Check-in time is after 14:00 on the same day, and check-out time is by 14:00 at the latest.
